Tennis - Pools - Bocce
Near the thermal Spa Sant' Elena Sport Center represents the perfect atmosphere to pass pleasant moments outdoors in swimming pool.
Beyond representing an ideal place to relax, enjoying the optimal oxygenation offering by Majella mountains, the Center proposes a series of activities for most dynamic people and for those who desire to be always on the move: swimming courses for all the ages, individuals and in group, free-swimming , aquagym, idrobike and muscular awakening.
For those who desire to pass an entire day in the swimming pool, the Center has got a rest stop to have lunch and, on Sundays, from 6,30 pm guests are invited to the Welcome Aperitif.
Near the open swimming pool you can find an equipped clay tennis court where to play or follow tennis courses individual or in group and a bowling green.
Sant'Elena Sports Center proposes also a Summer Campus "Sport and Nature" in which boys can live a unique experience following courses of several sport, in perfect harmony with the green and the optimal climate of Majella Park.

Quad trips
Quad Adventures proposes guided trips in quad on paths studied depending on the difficulties and the level of preparation, to try the thrill of an exiting drive in the charming scene of Majella.
Fun and nature in total freedom thanks to the path in Short, Easy and Long pattern(duration from ½ hour to 2 hours) or Half Day or One Day trips (until 8 hours, lunch included).

Lifetrail
For people who love physical activity outdoor in contact with the nature the Hydropinic Park offers an equipped and healthy lifetrail in the heart of the green and luxurious forest of horse chestnuts and plane trees. The activities you can do are jogging, free body exercises, regenerating walks, exercises with tools and so on.
For children, play and fun outdoor. Moreover, from the green area there is a charming seen: the Orta Valley overtop by Morrone mountain offers a striking show.


Mountain bike
Near Caramanico Terme Visit Center, the Majambiente Cooperative has got chartering for mountain bike, realized with the Park's official colors and available in various measures, they can be rented every day during the opening timetables of the Visit Center.
The bikes can be used in all the open dirt roads (without bars or closing chains) and cannot be used in the paths for excursionists.

Mountaineering, rock-climbing, trekking and alpine ski
The experience and the skills of Giampiero Di Federico, professional alpine guide from 1979 and already national alpine guide, practised of the Appennino Abruzzese, more times climber of Himalaya, teacher of mountaineering in Aquila and Molise Universities, have carried to the birth of Montabruzzo, a mountaineering, ski mountaineering and climbing school, mainly on the western Majella, on the walls of Roccamorice, with 300 ways of climb with all the difficulties.
Moreover the school, approximately 15 km from Caramanico, carries out courses and lessons of climbing, wall climbings of Majella and Gran Sasso, and in winter-spring, ski mountaineering and off-piste ski.
